The V4.11.8 update introduces aset of enhancements to the Management Dashboard, Order Management, and WorkOrder Management modules, giving teams greater business visibility, improvedfinancial tracking, and enhanced operational control.
New and Worked On metrics bringtransaction-level visibility to the Management Dashboard, while a new PaymentSummary card gives real-time insight into paid, pending, and overdue invoices.
Order Management now surfacesPayment and Delivery Schedule details directly in the grid and exports, andWork Orders can be revised with a complete, auditable revision history.
Key features
New & Worked On Metrics
The Management Dashboard nowshows the count of New and Worked On records along with their correspondingTransaction Values, based on selected dashboard filters. This gives managementusers a quick read on record volume and business value for better performancetracking and decision-making.
Payment Summary Card
A new Payment Summary card onthe Management Dashboard displays Paid, Pending, and Overdue counts andamounts, dynamically updated based on applied filters. Values are drawn frompayments received in the Invoice app, giving users a single place to monitorcollections, outstanding payments, and overdue receivables.
Payment & DeliverySchedule Visibility
Payment Schedule and DeliverySchedule details are now visible directly within the Order Management grid andOrder export, removing the need to open individual orders to review paymentmilestones or delivery commitments.
Work Order RevisionManagement
Users with the appropriate RolePermissions and Workflow Access Controls can now revise work orders. Eachrevision creates a new entry in the revision history, with the correspondingwork order template automatically attached, giving teams better version controland auditability across the work order lifecycle.
Permissions and User Control
Work Order Revision iscontrolled by Role Permissions and Workflow Access Controls, ensuring onlyauthorised users can revise records. Together, these updates give teams clearerfinancial and operational visibility, with tighter control over order and workorder changes.
