The V4.11.7 update introduces two enhancements focused on workforce visibility and login security.
With the new Monthly Attendance Report, authorised users can view attendance details for the current month directly from Workforce > Attendance > Month, with records populated automatically as users start their day via the Mobile App.
This release also introduces User-Specific IP Restriction, giving administrators the ability to whitelist IP addresses for individual users or groups, ensuring access is limited to approved locations.
Key features
Workforce Attendance – Monthly Attendance View
Users with the appropriate permission can access the Monthly Attendance Report from Workforce > Attendance > Month. Attendance status is captured automatically from Mobile App activity; users without a recorded entry default to an "Unknown" status. Admins can configure this default via Attendance Master Settings, and define custom legends and colours for each status. Support for manually updating attendance records directly from the screen is planned for an upcoming release.
User-Specific IP Restriction
Administrators can now configure whitelisted IP addresses for individual users or user groups from the backend. Once set, only whitelisted users can log in from their designated IP addresses, while others are restricted, giving organisations tighter, more granular control over secure access for specific employees, teams, or locations.
Permissions and User Control
Monthly Attendance View is permission driven, ensuring only authorised users can access attendance records. User-Specific IP Restriction gives administrators fine-grained control over who can log in and from where, strengthening overall account security.
